Buck Lodge Middle School is one of four middle schools that was selected for a program to integrate iPads into the classroom.  The Transforming Education through Digital Learning (TEDL) project provides the framework for a blended digital tool approach.  Students are able to create, access, and collaborate using the highest level of technology - going beyond mere enhancement of tasks to true transformation.

 

The TEDL project will provide students with an iPad as a learning tool to allow access to digital instructional content.  Students will also have occasional use of a MacBook for higher order creation of content.  In addition, teachers will be given both a MacBook and an iPad to effectively model best practices for all aspects of the blended digital learning environment.
