Solving the cube requires a series of algorithms. The You CAN Do The Rubik's Cube Program helps build mathematics skills and understanding of number, measurement, algebra, geometry concepts.

Competition Details:

- 3 Divisions: K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
- Teams of 8 students collectively solve 25 cubes in the fastest time.
- Team members can also participate in a Solo Competition.
- The event is FREE.
- Sets of 25 cubes can be borrowed until one week after the competition date. Use promo code DCMEFR 16 for free shipping. Supplies are limited.

Prizes are as follows: 
The 1st Place team receives a trophy for their school.
Each 1st Place team member receives a trophy.
2nd and 3rd place teams members each receive a medal.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place solo competitors receive a trophy.
All competitors receive a certificate.

You can the easy-to-follow Solution Guide for FREE; it takes you through the 6 stages to solve the Rubik's Cube.

 Concentration and a little patience, combined with following directions, and students will soon be solving the Rubik's Cube. Practice, Practice, Practice is the key to building up speed. In just a few weeks, students will be able to solve the Rubik's Cube in less than 3 minutes! Really! They will!
