Prince George's Area Science Fair (PGASF)

The Prince George’s Area Science Fair (PGASF) will host its 73rd Annual Science Fair virtually.

This year’s theme is "Uniting Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Through Innovation and Education". Over 400 student projects will be displayed and judged from public schools in three counties: Calvert, Saint Mary’s, and Prince George’s, as well as from several Prince George’s County charter and private schools.

Several organizations will present special prizes and awards in various categories to our top winners. Full-time university scholarships will be awarded to three first-place high school seniors. The top two high school grand award winners, one individual and one team project, will have the opportunity to advance to the International Science and Engineering Fair which will also be held virtually from May 9-14, 2021.  These finalists will have the opportunity to compete for scholarships and prizes valuing over one million dollars.

If you have questions regarding the 73rd Annual Prince George’s Area Science Fair, please contact Dr. Godfrey Rangasammy, Science Supervisor, at godfreyr@pgcps.org or 301-808-8254.
