This year’s theme is "Creating a Sustainable World Through STEMM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine". Over 400 student projects will be judged from schools in three counties: Calvert, Saint Mary’s, and Prince George’s, including several Prince George’s County charter and private schools.
Several organizations will present special prizes and awards to our top winners in various categories. Two scholarships to the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and three scholarships to Prince George's Community College will be awarded. The high school grand award winners will have the opportunity to advance to the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair, which will be held May 13-19, 2023, in Dallas, TX. These finalists will have the opportunity to compete for scholarships and prizes valued at over one million dollars.
