Bethelihem Tebase, a future research scientist, is a dual enrollment student at Northwestern High School and Prince George’s Community College.

Bethelihem’s course load includes Advanced Placement courses in Biology, Chemistry, Statistics, World History, Government, Calculus, and Language & Composition. She has taken Honors Biology, Chemistry, U.S. History, Honors English 9 &10, Geometry and Algebra 2.

She is the founder and president of the Debate Club and a member of the National Honor and Math Societies.

Bethelihem plans to study quantitative and computational biology or biophysics. She has been accepted to Princeton University and has a pending application at Harvard University.

Bethelihem works part-time at the National Institute of Health.
