Erwin Tabaday knew that fashion was his calling when he turned his sister’s prom dress into a jumpsuit.

The future clothing designer is an honor student at Dr. Henry A. Wise, Jr. High School. His course load includes Advanced Placement Government, Language and Composition, Human Geography, Literature and Statistics. He is president of the National Honor Society and a member of the National Math Honor Society, Student Government Association and the modeling team.

Erwin plans to study fashion design at Parsons School of Design, Fashion Institute of Technology or Savannah College of Art and Design.
