• Two Gwynn Park High School Students Selected for Prestigious Internship

    Gwynn Park High School students Tyler Reid and Alisa Evans were selected for the Borlaug-Ruan International Internship Program sponsored by the World Food Prize Foundation.

    Reid and Evans will receive an all-expense paid, hands-on experience opportunity to work with world-renowned scientists and policymakers at leading research centers in Africa, Asia, and Latin America this summer. They will join 23 other students from around the world to discuss issues related to global hunger and poverty.

    Reid will intern in Tainan, Taiwan at The World Vegetable Center. Evans will intern in Nairobi, Kenya at the International Livestock Research Institute.
