The PGCPS FY22 Amendments to the Approved FY 2021 Educational Facilities Master Plan 

The Approved FY 2021 Educational Facilities Master Plan (EFMP) describes an ambitious program to modernize or replace the PGCPS inventory of older schools through creative funding and a balanced budgeting effort. The Board Approved FY22 amendments include new Section VI with the reformatted Cycle 1-4 tables from the FY17 EFMP. The list of schools in each table has not changed, but notations have been added to reflect the first group of approved Alternative Construction Financed (ACF)/ Blueprint Schools. Cycles 1-4 continue to reflect the priority order for modernizing many of the oldest and over-utilized schools, constructing new schools to add new capacity and relieve overcrowding, and reorganizing sixth grade to middle schools. Minor amendments to Appendices C, D, U, W, and Z reflect the minimum changes needed to provide State required annual updates to the plan's supportive data.
