    Name – Damilola Adeyemi

    Cumulative GPA – 3.89

    Academics – AP Biology, AP Language and Composition, AP World History, AP Calculus, AP Government, AP Literature and AP Composition

    Extracurricular Activities –Varsity Soccer Team, Track Team, National Honor Society (President), Choir (Vice-President), African Student Association and Teens Listen and Care Club.

    Future Plans – Damilola has been accepted to Frostburg State Univeristy and Washington College. She has applied to Franklin and Marshall College and University of Maryland College Park. She aspires to be a physician specializing in family medicine. While in college, Damilola intends to travel to her native country, Nigeria, and help build more schools.

    Interesting Notes – Damilola enjoys singing in her school and church choirs. She also enjoys cooking with her mom. She has received numerous awards, including being recognized for the “Best Solution for Childhood Obesity” during a Medical Hackathon at the Sheikh Zayed Institute for Pediatric Surgery. She was also named a Posse Scholar finalist by the Posse Foundation.
